Morning: Kickoff + Connection
Start the day with a breakfast buffet, casual conversations, and meaningful networking. We’ll also share early thoughts and direction for 2026 and 2027.
Lunch: Enter the Juicy Lucy Zone 🍔
We’ll head out together for some legendary Juicy Lucys (yes… the molten cheese burgers—handle with care). Great food, great conversations, and a chance to connect more personally… just try not to burn the roof of your mouth on the first bite like everyone else.
Evening: Building Relationships Without the Name Tags
The afternoon is all about connection in a relaxed setting—whether that’s canoeing on the St. Croix, bowling, catching a baseball game, or something else active and fun… where the best conversations somehow just happen. We’ll wrap up with dinner together, likely with a few new ideas and at least one story worth retelling.

I’m a land investor — just like you — who wants to create a spirit of community.
When land investors get in a room and put our heads together to share best practices, education, and solve problems — magic happens.

I started land investing in 2017, and since then, I’ve grown my business to over $3M/year. Along the way, I’ve met other experts who have so much value to bring to other land investors (our keynote speakers). I’ve developed strategies, tips, and tricks that will give you an edge over the competition and made mistakes that I’ll share with you to ensure you don’t make the same ones.
The Land UnConference is designed to provide value to attendees. From information sharing to problem-solving, I want you to be a part of the land investment magic we’ll create in August 2025.

Apply now and the investment is $299! We're not looking to make a boatload of money -- the funds support the cost of the conference, a fun activity, and food.

Spouses and business partners are definitely welcome to come! However, you will need to purchase a separate ticket for each individual.
We will have a breakfast buffet in the morning, Juicy Lucys for lunch, and dinner after a fun activity.
Besides those lunches, we do have a convenient cafe in the building as well as a coffee station, flavored water station, and snacks that will be provided.
I don't currently have a "speaking" list because this is a meet-up.
